Hey there!

My name is Marcelo Sousa and I'm a Portuguese dude living in London and working as a VFX Artist. 

Started my CG career as a generalist heavily relying in Maya, but always had a special interest for dynamics, always exploring nParticles, nCloth, alongside with more technical stuff like rigging and basic expressions. Used RealFlow, zBrush, SynthEyes, and a bunch of other software until around two, two and a half years ago made a shift to Houdini which really allowed me to get a lot closer to the artist i've always wanted to be... Currently I consider myself somewhat of an FX Artist, who has some TD-ish skills, alongside with my 3D Generalist knowledge... Loads to be learnt still though, so keep on checking back!
